Julie Kratz is an accomplished corporate leader turned entrepreneur, TEDx speaker, executive coach, and author. With nearly two decades of experience in various roles, including People Leader and Client Inclusion Manager at Caterpillar, Innovation Strategist at Nationwide Insurance, and Inclusive Leader at Adayana, Julie has honed her skills in inclusive leadership, unconscious bias training, innovation, and logistics. She holds an MBA from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business and is a Certified Master Coach and Unconscious Bias trainer.
