Silke Kleinschmidt is a seasoned business development manager and program manager with extensive experience working with SAP, one of the world's largest enterprise software companies. She graduated with an Abitur degree from Bergstrassengymnasium and went on to study Diploma in Economics and Foreign Languages at Pforzheim University.

In her professional career, Silke has held various leadership roles, including the Head of Independent Executive Advisory Council (IEAC) for EMEA at SAP and the Business Development Manager at SAP Academy for Sales. Silke has been responsible for managing complex operations, driving business growth, developing and executing strategies, and overseeing program and project management.

Before joining SAP, Silke has worked in several companies, including Bilfinger Berger AG, Mannheim, and GKW Plan GmbH, Mannheim. Silke's expertise lies in business development, program management, project management, solution management, and market development & business support.
