Shreyas Srinivas is an accomplished business leader and global product manager with years of experience in the agricultural, consumer goods, and entertainment industries. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a post-graduate diploma in Industrial management from the National Institute of Industrial Engineering. He also holds a Bachelor's in Engineering in Information Science and Engineering from BMS College of Engineering, Bangalore.

Srinivas has held various leadership roles at Syngenta, including Head of Frontier Markets - Asia Pacific, Global Seeds Portfolio Lead for Cereals and Diverse Field Crops, and Head of Seedcare for the ASEAN region. Before joining Syngenta, Shreyas co-founded Level 10 Entertainment Private Limited, worked as a National Business Partner for Distribution Planning at Unilever, and held several brand management and sales roles at Unilever.

Throughout his career, Srinivas has developed expertise in product development and management, marketing, distribution planning, and sales. He is a strategic leader with a demonstrated ability to develop and implement innovative solutions that drive business growth.
