Joan Liu is a successful Product Manager with a technical background, who has a passion for collaborating with both engineers and users to deliver quality products that exceed user expectations. With a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Liu has a solid foundation of knowledge that has allowed her to excel in her field. Her proficiency in problem-solving and love for a challenging work environment has made her a valuable asset in numerous companies such as Tidelift, SmartBear, Yesware, and Own Up. She is also a former Mentor at BUILD, Alumni of Startup Institute's Product & Design program, and has served as a Consultant at Quorum Business Solutions.

Joan's experience includes product management, team leadership, user research and analysis, product strategy, project management, and product development.
