Andrew Sinclair is a seasoned Technology Executive with over a decade of experience in technology commercialization and leading successful start-ups. He has a strong educational background, with a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Toronto, and B.Sc. in Chemistry & Biochemistry. Sinclair has also lectured part-time in the Masters of Engineering Entrepreneurship program at McMaster University. He has held various managerial and executive positions throughout his career, including Vice President at Bodycote Testing Group, CEO at ApneaDx Inc and OtoSim Inc, and Senior Business Director at MaRS Innovation. His expertise lies in management, business development, and technical experience. Sinclair supports organizations in the technology sector and is open to consulting opportunities. He is also an active member of the Niagara North Common Elements Condominium Corporation (NNCECC) # 270, where he serves as President of the Board.
