Hans Rossocha is a seasoned design, engineering, and construction management professional with over 24 years of experience in the industry. He has worked for multiple consulting engineering and general contractors in Germany, the Netherlands, and South Africa. He has extensive experience in developing and executing large-scale Transportation, Bridges, and Buildings PPP projects. Hans has led technical project development teams who have won and executed self-initiated projects. Throughout his career, he has taken ownership of the technical responsibilities, including structural design of large bridge, stadium, and precast building projects.

Hans is passionate about developing innovative, alternative engineering solutions to win projects, and thereafter reduce the risk and increase its profitability during the construction stage. He has managed to achieve successful project outcomes through a collaborative approach to design management, drawing on the best of specialist consultants, supply chain and construction partners. Hans has a detailed understanding of how finance and engineering fit into the construction process; making him a valuable team member in any PPP and D&C turnkey business.

Hans Rossocha completed his Matric in Mathematics Science German English Afrikaans History at Deutsche Schule Pretoria before going on to study Civil Engineering at the University of Cape Town. He later completed his Master of Business Leadership MBL at the University of South Africa, with a focus on strategy, business process re-engineering, finance, contract law, and HR/IR.

Currently residing in Eindhoven (Stiphout) Netherlands with his wife and three children, Hans has previously held senior positions in reputable organizations such as HOCHTIEF, Group Five "Structured Ingenuity," Braziers Steel fabricator BSI, and Aurecon, where he held positions such as Technical Manager - Infrastructure TCC, General Manager Engineering, Engineering Director, Senior Structural Engineer, Technical Director, Bridge design engineer, Bridge site engineer, and Site Manager.
