Sheryl O'Loughlin is a prominent figure in the natural products industry, having gathered extensive experience throughout her career. She is an accomplished author, with a book that provides guidance to entrepreneurs in the industry. O'Loughlin is also the co-founder of the J.E.D.I Collaborative, which focuses on ensuring that businesses embrace justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion. In addition, she co-founded the Women on Boards Project, where she currently serves as chair. Her expertise has seen her serve on numerous boards, where she shares her wisdom and knowledge. She currently sits on the Board of Directors of Pet IQ, a NASDAQ listed company. O'Loughlin is an alumnus of Northwestern University and the University of Michigan, where she studied MBA and BBA in Marketing, respectively. She began her career at Kraft General Foods before moving to Quaker Oats, where she served as a Brand Manager. Later on, she took on the role of CEO at Clif Bar & Company, where she served for over ten years. O'Loughlin also co-founded and served as CEO of Plum, Inc. and REBBL, Inc. She has served as a Board Member for gardein™, Zuke's LLC, American Sustainable Business Council, and thinkThin, among others. O'Loughlin is a former Faculty Member at Sonoma State University, and she was also the Executive Director of the Center for Entrepreneurial Studies at Stanford GSB.
