She started with the Clinique Web site in 1995 and held the position of SVP & Global Head of Consumer Marketing & New Initiatives at The Estee Lauder Companies, as well as SVP - Founder & General Manager, ELC Online. Kapp served as a strategic advisor/shareholder at Baozun eCommerce Inc. and was a board director and investor at aCommerce - E-Commerce Solutions for Southeast Asia. She is a hands-on board director, advisor, and investor to growth consumer brands and retail tech companies, with deep expertise in Asian markets, particularly China. Kapp is currently serving as Co-CEO at Growers House Holdings, LLC, and has previously held positions as president at Kappcorp, co-founder, co-CEO at TruPotency, and president at New York Wise.
