Ashley Castellini is a highly accomplished Senior Enterprise Customer Success Consultant, with a Master's degree in Law and International Relations from Université Panthéon Assas in Paris and a Bachelor of Science in International Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She also holds a French Baccalaureate with an International Option from Lycée Albert 1er in Monaco.

Before joining Peakon, Ashley was the Strategy & Operations Manager for Technology at GlobalData Plc, where she oversaw research and analysis projects. She also served as the Head of Conference Content and Research Analyst at Last Word Media Ltd, working on publications such as Expert Investor Europe. Ashley has interned at the United Nations and Maison de Monaco, the official Monaco house during the 2012 Olympics.

As a former photographer for Photoworld Monaco, Ashley has strong artistic skills and experience. She is passionate about international relations, politics, and law, as evidenced by her career choices and education. Currently, Ashley helps enterprise customers succeed in their employee engagement and management initiatives as a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Consultant at Peakon, a Workday company.
