David Torpen

David Torpen is a highly experienced professional with a background in economics, analytics, and making a positive impact on communities.

He holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Agribusiness and Applied Economics from North Dakota State University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics with a minor in Russian Studies from Minnesota State University, Moorhead.
