Andrew Davis is an experienced enrollment management professional and higher education adjunct faculty member, with over 12 years of experience in developing initiatives that promote admission, persistence, retention, and completion. He has earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Public Administration from The University of South Dakota, and holds a wealth of experience in strategic planning and implementation, marketing and communications, budgeting, cost control and containment, program reviews and assessments, employee recruitment and mentoring, and higher education accreditation.

Andrew has established himself as a solutions-oriented leader who cultivates relationships to lead and empower people to achieve more, solve problems, effect change, and see results. His strengths include Enrollment Management, Strategic Planning & Implementation, Higher Education Accreditation, Marketing & Communications, Budgeting, Cost Control & Containment, Program Reviews & Assessments, and Employee Recruitment & Mentoring.

Andrew currently serves as Senior Director of Enrollment & Student Success at Park University. His previous roles include Senior Director of Student Success, Director of Student Success, and Student Life Coordinator at Park University, and leadership positions at the YMCA of Greater Kansas City and The University of South Dakota. He has also served as an Advisory Board Member for both The National Society of Leadership and Success and the Parkville Area Chamber of Commerce.
