Hadi Julian J. is a highly experienced and accomplished professional with a diverse background in the construction and real estate industry. With a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Management from California State University-Long Beach and currently pursuing a Master of Science in International Real Estate at Florida International University, Hadi is dedicated to advancing the future of the industry and its leaders.

Before co-founding Build Analysis, Hadi made significant contributions as a Lead Estimator at Carmel Partners, where he played a crucial role in the preconstruction efforts of multi-family residential, high-rise, and hospitality developments. One notable project during his tenure was his work as the main point of contact for Wanda Group, an international developer, on a mixed-use mega-development in Beverly Hills, California. Hadi expertly guided the project's design-build team during the preconstruction phase and implemented value engineering strategies for the $300 million Radisson Blu Hotel in Anaheim.

Prior to his time at Carmel Partners, Hadi demonstrated his expertise and leadership abilities as a Cost Engineer, Office/Field Engineer, and Field Engineer at Hensel Phelps, the largest aviation contractor in the nation. At Hensel Phelps, he managed various field activities as part of the Terminal 1 Modernization Program at LAX, valued at $400 million. His responsibilities included overseeing the Ticketing, Departures, and Arrivals levels while meticulously reviewing and negotiating change orders to ensure the program stayed within Southwest Airlines' budget.

Throughout his career, Hadi has also gained valuable experience working as a Project Coordinator and Project Engineer at ISEC, Inc., and as a Project Coordinator/CAD Drafter at Prime Surfaces, Inc. These roles allowed him to further develop his skills in project coordination, engineering, and drafting.

Hadi's dedication to the industry goes beyond his professional roles. He actively contributes to the Construction Leadership Council and Associated General Contractors of America, serving on their Steering Committee.
