Saumya Kumar is a successful business leader with vast experience across various industries such as e-commerce, banking, insurance, and IT sales. Her leadership skills have helped her launch operations in over 15 cities for an E-commerce giant, set up sales verticals across various industries, and develop and build recruitment products from scratch.

With a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Manipal Institute of Management and a Master of Business Administration in Strategy and Marketing from the Indian School of Business, Saumya's educational background is impressive. She also served as a director at I-Venture @ ISB and Digital Identity Research Initiative (SKILLING) at the Indian School of Business.

Prior to her current position, Saumya was an associate director of Talent Acquisition at Ola (ANI Technologies Pvt. Ltd), a co-founder and CEO at Besthires.ai, and a strategic project manager at Groupon Asia Pacific (now Nearbuy) among others. Her innovative startup, Besthires.ai, was incubated by the Indian School of Business and she successfully raised funds and built a customer network outside India.

Saumya's unique perspective enables her to solve complex business problems with ease. She is an accomplished hustler who has been recognized by ISB's incubation center as one of the early incubated startups.
