James Zaratin, a seasoned asset management professional, has joined Millennium Tower as its General Manager. With over 13 years of experience in luxury residential property management, he brings a wealth of expertise to his new role. Prior to joining the Millennium Tower team, James held the position of Area Director of Residences of Southern California for Marriott International, where he oversaw a portfolio of over 400 luxury homes spread over The Ritz-Carlton Residences at LA LIVE, the W Hollywood Residences, and the West Hollywood EDITION Residences.

James' background in luxury residential property management has earned him several awards and accolades including, the Director of Residences of the Year award from Marriott International in 2017 and the Condominium Property Manager of the Year award from First Realty Management Corp. in 2013. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Business Administration from Johnson & Wales University in Providence.
