Paul La Londe is a seasoned investor and Principal of Nine Four Ventures, a real estate technology venture fund that invests in startups creating innovative technologies that affect the people, processes, and ecosystems of the built world. Nine Four Ventures is a well-positioned venture capital firm that has been backed by institutional owners and managers across real estate assets, family offices, globally recognized firms such as Ace Hardware, State Farm Insurance, and Valley National Bank. Furthermore, the firm also has a unique investor network consisting of home services executives who are experts in building businesses across various scales in roofing, pest control, and maintenance, among others.

He attended the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he pursued an MBA, after studying BS in Finance at Santa Clara University. Before joining Nine Four Ventures, Paul La Londe previously worked as an MBA Associate at Transmedia Capital, an Associate at SV Angel, as well as in investment management at Goldman Sachs, and investment banking at Seven Hills and Financial Technology Partners.
