Benedict Hur

Benedict Hur is a highly skilled commercial and intellectual property disputes lawyer with a track record of successfully resolving complex legal cases for both large and small corporations in the United States. With an extensive background in commercial litigation, he has represented numerous companies in a variety of disputes, including fraud, contract, and class action disputes. Moreover, Hur is equally experienced in handling all types of intellectual property matters, including trade secrets, patents, and copyrights, having represented large tech clients in high-stakes IP disputes. He has also carved a niche for himself in social gaming and mobile apps litigation, representing game developers and companies in cases that vary from class-action litigation to contract disputes.
