His passion lies in adopting Agile methodologies and fostering a DevOps engineering culture to drive continuous improvement in organizations. He has worked with prominent organizations such as HM Revenue & Customs, King's College London, News UK, Mizuho International, and London Stock Exchange in various capacities, including Microsoft System Engineer, Enterprise Platform Engineering Service Lead, Implementation Engineer, Senior System Administrator, and Systems Administrator.

In addition to his professional expertise, Adam is an active Kitesurfer, Japanese cooking enthusiast, and practices Yoga, Meditation, and Mindfulness. He also enjoys skiing in the winter.
