Jacqueline (Burciaga) Terry is an accomplished Support Operations Director, well-versed in process management, call centers, and operational planning within the consumer electronics industry. With a proven track record of successful global expansion, Ms. Terry is responsible for launching products in 20 countries worldwide. She is an expert in customer operations and has a passion for delivering world-class experiences for consumers. Jacqueline holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Design and Technology from the San Francisco Art Institute. She is also the owner and consultant for JB Terry Consulting.

Ms. Terry brings to the table a vast array of skills such as relationship development, business analysis, problem resolution, support tool automation, voice of the customer, and department budget planning. She is an expert in FDA and regulatory policies, reverse logistics, customer satisfaction, and go-to-market strategy. She has held several managerial positions at JUUL Labs and PAX Labs, Inc. and was a Program Manager, Consumer Services, at Google.
