Jennifer Sepull is a highly experienced business leader with over 25 years of experience in various top leadership positions for Fortune-200 companies in industries such as retail, consumer products, automotive, high tech, medical, financial services, and manufacturing. She has expertise in building new startups, leading global teams, and designing e-commerce/omni-channel digital platforms.

Currently serving as CEO and Executive Advisor for JMS Digital Advisory Group, LLC, Jennifer uses her extensive technology, data, security, and digital technology experience to provide executive advisory services to companies worldwide. Prior to this, she was the SVP and Chief Information Officer for Information Systems at USAA, a Fortune 200 digital financial technology company that provides a completely digital/mobile experience for military members. In this role, she led IT teams for data, digital, design, technology, architecture, application development, security, and R&D across the enterprise Bank, P&C, Financial Advisory Group, and all internal functions.

Before joining USAA, Jennifer spent several years leading global enterprise-wide IT, driving consumer value as Vice President, CIO/CDO for Kimberly-Clark Corporation. She was also the Vice President and CIO, Information Systems Division of Honda Motor Co., Inc. for seven years.

Jennifer's work has been widely recognized, with awards including The Global CIO “Top 10 Breakaway Leaders Award” for 2010 and 2015, Automotive News’ “100 Leading Women in the North American Auto Industry, CIO Magazine’s “Top 100 CIO Innovation Organization Award,” and Computer World’s “Digital Edge Award” in 2015. Outside of her professional work, Jennifer is passionate about education, especially in the areas of technology, data analytics, and data security.
