Barry Conrad is recognized for his significant contributions to Venture For America, a non-profit organization that helps provide assistance and support to startups. With his extensive experience in the field, Barry has accumulated a wealth of knowledge that makes him a valuable asset to the VFA team. Currently serving as the Vice President of Programs, he has helped oversee the growth of over 150 early-stage companies, and manages the team responsible for the retention, experience, and results of the 1,200 VFA fellows and alumni.

Before VFA, Barry helped grow Castle, a Y Combinator (W16) backed property management startup, where he served as the Director of Growth and Business Development. During his tenure, he was able to increase revenue by ten times within two years and was also responsible for building the company's foundational sales and marketing playbook.

Barry graduated from the University of Oklahoma, where he was selected as one of 40 people for Venture For America's inaugural class. He also holds a Master's degree in Leisure Studies from Oklahoma State University. Prior to his work at VFA and Castle, he held several positions at Electronic Arts, including Marcom Activation Manager, Assistant Strategic Alliances Marketing Manager, and Social Media Influencer Marketing Assistant.
