Jodi McShan is a licensed Texas attorney with extensive experience in family law and mediation. She is also licensed to practice in the U.S. Supreme Court and is a Texas Notary Public. Ms. McShan studied Law at the University of San Diego School of Law and Family Law at the University of London. She has served as an associate editor of The Affiliate Newsletter and vice-chair of the Young Lawyers Family Law Committee at the American Bar Association. She has also been involved in various professional organizations such as the State Bar of Texas, Texas Young Lawyers Association, Dallas Bar Association, and Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, where she has held leadership positions and chaired various committees. Ms. McShan is a founding member of the Law Office of Jodi McShan, PLLC, where she serves clients in the areas of family law, business law, estate planning, and mediation. She has also held positions at Withers & Withers, P.C., McShan Florist, and MAS Direct Network, Inc. and served as a research assistant at the University of San Diego School of Law and an intern at the Dallas County District Attorney's Office and the US White House. In her spare time, she volunteers at legal clinics and serves on the Tower Cares Committee of the Tower Club.
