Kim Brown

Kim Brown, a seasoned designer, currently works at Microsoft, specializing in customer growth and engagement. Throughout her career, Brown has collaborated with top-tier brands such as NBC Universal, Boeing, and Starbucks, among others. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Washington and gained valuable experience at companies such as IBM, Simply Smart, and Radius Inc.

Before joining Microsoft, Brown served as a UX Consultant at Radius Inc., a Senior UX Designer at Jaguar Land Rover, and Head of User Experience at Simply Smart. Brown is a former Cross Market Experience Design Consultant at Slalom and an Information Developer at IBM.
