Igor Shilnikov is a seasoned strategic finance manager with a wealth of knowledge and experience in various industries such as IT, telecom, software development, media production, advertising, construction/development, manufacturing, wholesale trading, and services. He has worked in geographically distributed businesses and managed numerous business units.

With a Bachelor's degree from Modern Humanitarian University and an MBA Foundation program from California State University-Hayward, Igor has developed expertise in accounting policies and procedures, financial modeling, budgeting, and financial structure development, tax planning, risk management, and more. He has a strong understanding of legal and taxation policies, equity, and debt vs. capital management.

Moreover, he has worked in corporate information systems, developed net working capital policies, including inventory costs, accounts receivables, cash & cash equivalents, and formulated effective internal control systems. Igor has practical experience in investments analysis, value analysis, business plan formation, scheduling, the methodology of management accounting, and planning systems. He focused on managing financial and accounting departments while always ensuring business continuity.

Currently, Igor is the CFO at Glass & Technology Group, managing financial resources and making informed decisions for future growth.
