Detelina Vasileva is an accomplished professional with a strong background in both Psychology and IT. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski and has worked in the IT industry for many years. Vasileva is known for her technical expertise and has expanded her knowledge in various areas, including scripting, DB administration, programming, release and deployment, change management, service portfolio management, knowledge management, project management, and team management.

Vasileva's motivation to grow has been driven by her desire to fix problems. She has gained a deep understanding that many issues are not solely technical. Improved collaboration between people and teams, better documentation, and changes in the process can often solve more complex problems.

In her current role as Head of Cloud Operations for HeleCloud, Vasileva leads the Cloud Managed Services division. Prior to this role, she was Cloud Managed Services Lead at HeleCloud and had management positions at Honeywell and Experian Decision Analytics, EMEA-SDC. Her technical roles include Technical Support Engineer II at Axway, NOC engineer at Siemens Enterprise Communications, and Web Hosting Technical Support at Ancient Media Ltd.
