He has built strong institutional relationships with leading pension funds, insurance companies, banks, and family offices through his ability to understand their uniqueness and tailor opportunities to their specific needs.

Previously, Bader worked at POLARIS Investment Advisory AG as a Senior Advisory Board Member, and before that, as the Managing Director - Head of Private Equity / Private Assets at Unigestion, Finance Director, Private Equity Europe at UBS, Investment Manager, Leveraged Finance at UBS, Associate Vice President at UBS, and Equity Capital Markets at UBS. He is an experienced conference speaker and holds a Ph.D. in Finance and Economics, with a focus on private equity as an asset class for institutional investors, from the University of St.Gallen.
