Tom Lin

Tom Lin is a renowned nonprofit executive with 20 years of ministry experience and 15 years of leadership experience in diverse contexts and functions. He is a graduate of Harvard University, Fuller Theological Seminary, and Harvard Business School Executive Education. Tom has spearheaded multiple cultural and organizational changes in various boards, volunteer committees, donors, and organizational partners. His strengths include developing strategic partnerships and coalitions, growing organizational capacity and fundraising, plant new ministries and initiatives, and empowering leaders. He is currently the President/CEO at InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA, and a former board trustee at Fuller Theological Seminary, Crowell Trust, and the Lausanne Movement, among others.
