Matthew Richman's varied and impressive career showcases expertise in finance, operations, and business management. A graduate of both Florida Atlantic University and Shepherd University, Richman has held numerous high-level positions in both private and public organizations. His experience encompasses building businesses, managing growth and acceleration, financial leadership, M&A, and financing transactions. A former President & CFO, and founder of MBC, LLC, Richman has also served as COO/CFO for several other organizations, including 21st Century Labels & Packaging and Merkel Composite Technology. He has acted as a Director, Treasurer, CFO, and COO for multiple companies across the country, including Front Porch Digital and Incentra, LLC. Richman has also worked in the accounting and audit industries with Deloitte & Touche and Sheraton. At present, he is the CEO of Kaya Cannabis, where he continues to bring his considerable skills to bear in growing and managing this burgeoning business.
