Andre Bessa is an engineer and business consultant based in Brazil with a diverse set of skills and experiences. With over 30 years of experience, Bessa has worked in various positions across different industries, including manufacturing, technology, and non-profit organizations. He began his career as an engineer, working for companies such as Grupo Empesca and Grupo Edson Queiroz. During his time at Grupo Empesca, Bessa led the development and implementation of business intelligence systems for the entire group.

In the late 90s, Bessa became the official representative of the Willow Creek Association in Brazil, where he led the implementation of leadership training and social transformation initiatives. As a representative for the organization, Bessa organized large-scale events and worked with high-profile speakers, including ex-presidents Bill Clinton and Jimmy Carter, Bono of U2, and author Jim Collins.
