Ian Painter, a strategic and creative people leader with a passion for meaningful work, has an impressive and diverse background. He studied Mechanical Engineering and Applied Mathematics, earning Summa Cum Laude distinctions at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo before studying International Project Management at Munich University of Applied Sciences. Ian's career path has been filled with prominent positions, starting from a Labview Software Development & Powertrain Test Engineer Intern at Tesla to becoming a Sales & Delivery Onboarding Manager for North America. His experience includes work as a Sr. Regional Performance Coach, North American Sales Training Manager, Owner Advisor and Inside Sales Advisor, all at Tesla. Ian has also had stints at BMW, where he worked on International Aftersales Marketing, and at Grade Potential In Home Tutoring, providing Engineering, Math, & Science Tutoring services. Currently serving as Talent Acquisition Manager at Northvolt, Ian hopes to continue making a positive difference through his work with incredible people.
