Ketan Hajarnavis has held various leadership roles throughout his career, including Chief Operating Officer at ThoughtWorks, Director & General Manager at ThoughtWorks, Inc., and Founder & Managing Director at ScaleFactor Consulting Labs. He has also served as a trustee and member of the Board of Governors at Goa Institute of Management, where he was also a visiting business and service design faculty member.
