With over 6 years of experience in the fitness industry, Liz has a strong passion for supporting entrepreneurs and is a board member at Foundermade, a conference and platform propelling new businesses through unparalleled networking opportunities, innovative product discovery, and world-class education. Prior to joining Fhitting Room, Liz worked as the Social Media Marketing Manager at The Hain Celestial Group (formerly BluePrintCleanse) and was the co-founder of Mata Hari, an ethical fashion brand.
