Managing a portfolio of clients, my role was to retain and develop my clients, manage recruitment projects and manage internal processes.  I worked on a wide variety of attraction strategies for clients including the Food Standards Agency, Local Government Association, UCLH NHS Trust, Natural History Museum, Affinity Sutton and NHS London.  I was also the contract manager for the London Boroughs Recruitment Partnership – a London Borough wide initiative to share recruitment services including response management, an online application process, security clearance and search and selection.  •	Meeting and exceeding clients’ expectations•	Client management and strategic development•	Maximising sales opportunities across Tribal Resourcing to include advertising, print, creative services, digital services, RPO (response management), security clearance, search and selection, research projects, interim services, employer branding, assessment services and selling our own website Careers for Leaders.•	Presenting in new business pitches and to existing client•	Problem solving and resolution•	Preparing, agreeing and ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements•	Increasing clients’ use of the internet eg social media, websites and microsites, search engine optimisation / pay per click•	Developing print work to include staff handbooks, application forms, recruitment packs, posters•	Providing advertising workshops•	Contract management for the LBRP. Account management of approximately 10 London Boroughs sharing recruitment services. I was responsible for managing the response management function for all their recruitment needs, this involved managing a third party supplier, overseeing development work on their online application function, producing management information, major problem resolution as well as managing a CRB and reference checking function again through a third supplier

Managing a portfolio of clients including Capita RAS, Securicor, VisitBritain, Wella UK and IKEA, I developed media strategies, creative campaigns and managed third party suppliers.

I worked on a wide range of clients including IBM, Whitbread, House of Fraser, Riverside Mental Health Trust, Phillips Electronics, B&Q and Group 4.  My role was to provide advertising solutions for my clients using creative advertising and developing media strategies both on and off line. I was responsible for cross selling a wide range of services including search and selection, employer branding, digital services and our job site Monster. I attended a number of sales training and presentation courses during this time.
