Koyel Das is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in banking, telecommunications, and process auditing. She earned her bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from both St. Joseph's Convent High School and St. Thomas Girls' School. Koyel's career started as a Customer Care Officer at Airtel, where she later became a Platinum CRE, a Store Incharge, and a Quality Analyst. She then moved on to Idea Cellular Ltd, where she worked as a Process Auditor - Inhouse focusing on enterprise accounts in her role as an RM.
