In 2003, Monty transitioned into the outdoor industry as a Product Manager, where he oversaw product development, production, and marketing for several popular outdoor brands. Monty then moved into the medical device industry, where he worked for over 5 years as a Product Manager, overseeing the development and launch of medical devices. After this, Monty started his own product management consulting firm, where he helped companies of all sizes, from startups to Fortune 500s, with their product development, management, and marketing strategies. Monty has also been an adjunct professor at a local university, where he taught product management to graduate students.
