Andrea Chynoweth is a highly skilled fashion executive with a proven track record, having worked with numerous fashion powerhouses and holding various senior leadership positions in the industry. Chynoweth's background includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Fashion Design from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Development from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, and a Study Abroad Program in Fashion Design from the London College of Fashion.

Chynoweth's professional experience covers a wide range of areas in the fashion industry, from senior design roles to creative direction positions. Prior to her current role, Chynoweth served as Global Creative Director for Product Design & Creative on Timbuk2's senior leadership team. She also served as Senior Design Director and Designer for Women's Collections at Margaret O'Leary, Inc. and Clary Sage Organics, respectively. In addition, Andrea was Designer for Women’s Red Tab at Levi Strauss & Co., which included working on products for Women, Men, and Kids.

Chynoweth's professional experience also includes founding her venture, Andrea Stiglitz, LLC, where she designed and developed her Women's Contemporary Collection. She has developed products across a range of categories for Gemma Kahng New York and bebe stores, with a special focus on knitwear, handbags, and accessories. Additionally, Chynoweth worked as an Assistant Designer for Women's & Men's Collections at Vivienne Westwood.
