Kevin Aguanno
Kevin Aguanno is a renowned keynote speaker, trainer, and coach in agile management methods, with over 20 years of experience in the field. He has taught thousands of people how to manage high-change projects using various agile methods like Scrum, Extreme Programming, Feature-Driven Development, and OpenUP. He is a regular guest lecturer in software engineering and project management classes at various universities, including the University of Toronto, where he won the Excellence in Teaching Award.
Aguanno holds a Master's in Project Management from The George Washington University - School of Business, where he studied after completing a BA in English & Linguistics from Western University. He's also accredited by the IPMA (Geneva, Switzerland) as an assessor of project management competencies, and he performs IPMA Level-A, Level-B, and IPMA Level-C assessments.
Aguanno is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has held various positions in his illustrious career. He founded the Project Management Association of Canada and served as its president. He also served as the president of TidalShift Inc. and Procept Associates Ltd., where he was the principal consultant and agile practice lead. In addition, he was a certified executive project manager at IBM Canada Ltd., where his competency was recognized.
