Christyne Vachon, Esq. is a well-rounded strategic consultant with extensive experience in law and business. She has served as general counsel and CCO for both early stage and established companies and has managed various legal issues, including employment, compliance, and intellectual property. Additionally, Vachon has international experience managing international legal contracts and transactions. Prior to her consulting work, she was a law professor and attorney specializing in governance, securities, and corporate law. Vachon holds bar memberships in both California and Massachusetts and has served on the Board of multiple corporations and nonprofit organizations.

Vachon is the Co-Founder and Co-President of TerraNyx, Inc. She has also previously served as General Counsel at Thras.io, Inc. and worked as an attorney at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Additionally, Vachon has experience in finance, having served as CFO’s COS at Kessler Financial Services. She is a graduate of Wellesley College and the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law and also studied at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the Hague Academy of Law.
