Vasu Venkateshwaran is an accomplished applied mathematician with expertise in developing mathematical models and simulation/analysis tools for a variety of technology R&D needs. Venkateshwaran completed his B.Tech in Chemical Engineering at National Institute of Technology Tiruchirappalli before earning his PhD in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. His research interests span mathematical models and simulations for biological and chemical systems. Venkateshwaran has significant experience in developing multiscale mathematical models, quantitative analysis of large datasets, and the use of high-performance computing platforms. He currently works as a Research Scientist/Applied Mathematician at W. L. Gore & Associates, where he applies his expertise to develop models and simulations for technological innovations. Venkateshwaran has previously worked as a teaching and research assistant at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
