Ryan Raffaelli, PhD, is an accomplished business professor and leading expert in innovation and change management. He currently serves as an Associate Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School, where he teaches courses on leadership execution, action planning, and building a culture of innovation. Ryan's research focuses on the transformation of industries and the reinvention of organizations facing technological change. He has also studied how leaders infuse values and meaning into their institutions during periods of instability. Prior to his academic career, Ryan worked at Accenture as a Manager of the Strategy Practice. Ryan holds degrees from Georgetown University, Harvard Kennedy School of Government, Boston College, and Harvard University.
