Christopher Ritchey is a dedicated real estate professional with experience and expertise in helping clients find their perfect home or summer rental in the Hamptons or other areas of New York and Florida. Originally from Maryland, Chris grew up on a horse farm and then honed his skills as a stylist at the Salon at Bergdorf Goodman in NYC before transitioning to real estate. With a natural ability to listen and the patience of a saint, Chris is a skilled and knowledgeable advisor who will guide his clients through the real estate process seamlessly.

He studied Real Estate Development at NYU's Schack Institute of Real Estate and received his license as a real estate salesperson at the New York Real Estate Institute. Chris has worked in real estate at Citi Habitats and currently works as a licensed real estate salesperson at Compass, where he previously served as Compass Cares Champion and a board member at CTREE.

In his free time, Chris is a volunteer at C.T.R.E.E. and a member of the Impact Circle of The Trevor Project. He considers himself fortunate to spend time in Miami and NYC, where he helps many of his clients with their real estate investments.
