Chang Chang is a global business enabler in the tech industry, who has worked with various global partners and startups in the fields of global PR/IR, finding appropriate partners, and arranging meetings. With a BA in Business Administration from Hanyang University, Chang Chang started his career as a Product Marketing Manager at LG-IBM and went on to work as an SW Sales Manager at IBM, Business Development Manager of Enterprise solutions at Dell, ISV Relationship Manager at Intel, and Direct Sales Manager at Google.

Chang is the founder and CEO of Baron Global Partners (BGP), a consulting firm that helps startups succeed in overseas business while providing top-notch services in their respective fields, such as global PR/IR, finding appropriate partners, and arranging meetings. Prior to founding BGP, Chang was the Chief Executive Officer at beSUCCESS Global Partners, and Business Mentor at FasterCapital.

Chang Chang's interest in EduTech and content business led him to invest in two EduTech startups and a 3D animation creation company while living in Silicon Valley from 2016-2018. They work with Silicon Valley investors to connect great startups with appropriate partners.

Chang Chang's professional experiences also include working at Neowiz Corporation, where he was the head of Ads Sales & Alliance and responsible for generating revenue with SNS & music service. At Kakao, Chang Chang worked for 6 years as Global Business Development, targeting emerging markets like India, Eastern Europe, Middle Eastern Asia, and North African countries.

Chang Chang is also the Director of Strategy Business Development at Evid Net, and a former Angel Investor and Board member at Tobeit Corporation. Prior to this, Chang served as the CMO at Santa Co., where he participated in the Angel round at the beginning and then decided to make the company scale up.
