Jacob's career journey began at the world-renowned Walt Disney World, where he worked in Main Gate Operations. Later on, he was fortunate enough to work at American Airlines, where he assisted both guests and passengers, demonstrating the importance of the invaluable training received by flight attendants and team leaders.

As a Senior Corporate Trainer / Instructional Designer at PrimeLending, A PlainsCapital Company, Jacob has designed, developed, and delivered impactful learning programs that enhance knowledge, develop skills, and enrich the organization.

In his free time, Jacob enjoys binging Netflix, watching re-runs of the Golden Girls, finding his next favorite bottle of Malbec, and struggling through his daily run.
