Anita Ward

Anita Ward is a professional with a strong background in designing connections with people and creating systems of genuine touch points and tools. She leads the development of research lenses to provide insights for her team and builds tools to communicate people-centered perspectives for businesses and services.

Anita's educational journey includes a Master of Design with a focus on Design Anthropology and design thinking from Swinburne University of Technology, an Advanced Diploma in eBusiness from the same institution, a Bachelor of Design in Graphic Communication from RMIT University, and a Certificate in Dutch Language from Zadkine.

Anita Ward has held key roles at various organizations, including her current position as eMobility Marketing and Customer Engagement Lead at Origin Energy. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Experience Designer for Customer Journey Transformation at Origin Energy and held roles at Sensis as a Senior Experience Designer, User Experience Designer, and Graduate in Interactive design. She also has experience in freelance web design and as a Customer Service Researcher at Global Data Collection Centre.
