This project was recognized by the World Bank as an international reference to transparency and effectiveness of the justice;• The project of Electronic Petitioning contributed to a greater receipt of electronic documents in the SCJ, reducing the costs of procedural processes;• Analyses in the context of SCJ helped to identify the macro environment to offer suggestions and solutions when making practical decisions in IT management and communication, which are established by controlling organizations such as the National Council of Justice and the Court of The Union's Accounts;• Contributed effectively to projects that aimed to facilitate the access to information in the Supreme Court such as the establishment of Business Intelligence – BI;• Contributed to planning and finding solutions with the purpose of speeding up lawsuits, both internally and externally, stimulating a collaborative work and reducing time and costs.

Main duties:• Coordinate a survey about the need of automation in the registration (including biometric) and assistance of voters, in selecting pool workers and party affiliation, and in the organization of the structure of the electoral justice in districts and pooling places, in addition to suggest solutions that meet the needs identified;• Coordinate and execute development activities, implementation, maintenance, and integration of systems related to registration of voters, selection of pool workers, party affiliation, and structure organization;• Monitor, mentor, and support activities arising from the operation and use of the systems previously mentioned, and the result from their integration with the other systems or other organizations;• Support of technical specification for devices and biometric registration standards;• Preparation and analysis of strategic planning, analysis of costs and investments, analysis of indicators and processes;• Development of processes, analysis of requirements, scope, and documentation;• Analysis and monitoring of the electoral legislation regarding the procedures of the area of expertise.Projects• Participation in the Public Safety Tests for the Brazilian Electoral Process.• Project leader in the Biometric Identification Program that collects voters’ biometric data and updates biographical data of Brazil's electoral registration. Main duties:• Technical assistance in the Directorship of Information Technology and other state courts of justice.• Elaboration of projects involving execution, brainstorming, and redesign of processes, and solutions using high technology;• Preparation and analysis of strategic planning, analysis of costs and investments, analysis of indicators and processes, risk and project management;• Manage resources to ensure project delivery within the estimated time;• Manage risks and expectations during project development, and help searching for solutions.Main Outcomes:• Infovia Project, better known as "Judicial Network”, is a project that was planned and executed to interconnect all Brazilian courts by means of an MPLS network with highly available and dedicated communication lines in order to modernize and support various systems and converged data services, Voice and Image, providing speed, security, and consequently, greater savings in procedural costs. This project also allows phone communication via VoIP, making free of charge and safe phone connections between courts since the data will be encrypted from point to point;• The project about the Brazilian electronic court process led to part of the automation of the Brazilian judicial system, which is a monitoring procedure independent of where the process starts, assuring important safety requirements and interoperability as well as savings by eliminating the use of paper in court proceedings.

It also improved the speed of legal matters, the reliability of the information in the portals of the Justice System, and the recognition and relevance of the Independence of Powers, an enshrined principle in the Brazilian Federal Constitution;• The NCJ Portal provides online access to systems and facilities.
