She recently co-led a successful sale of a global public technology company for $1.4 billion, after transforming the company's financial model from premise-based to cloud-based. Ashley's expertise lies in financial matters, strategic initiatives, acquisitions, mentoring young professionals, and high-growth SaaS company success. She has served on several not-for-profit boards and is currently a Board and Advisory Board member, consultant, and angel investor. With a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Miami University, Ashley is interested in opportunities for both for-profit Board of Director and Advisory Council positions.
