Kim Roberts is an accomplished artist, writer, and mental health professional with extensive experience as a contemplative coach, yoga teacher, and retreat leader. With a focus on helping others make positive, goal-specific changes in their lives, Kim combines a range of modalities, including meditation, breathing practices, counseling, and yoga. She has lived and worked in several countries, creating and teaching programs focused on wellness and optimal living for luxury hospitality clients.

Kim received her Bachelor of Arts in French studies from the American University of Paris, studied at the Ashtanga Yoga Research Institute, and obtained a Masters's degree in Psychology with a concentration in Contemplative Psychotherapy from Naropa University.

As a working artist, Kim focuses on abstract Colorado landscapes inspired by the mountains, and also co-founded the D'art Gallery in Denver. Her skill set includes yoga instruction, program design and implementation, retreat leadership, holistic wellness, psychotherapy, teaching, and writing.
