Kathryn Collins is a Partner at Harvest Properties, Inc., a real estate investment firm based in San Francisco. With over 13 years of experience in the industry, she is responsible for acquiring, integrating and managing new commercial properties, overseeing investor relations and fundraising activities, and leading marketing initiatives. Prior to joining Harvest Properties, Kathryn worked as an Associate and Financial Analyst at Equus Real Estate Partners, Ltd. (formerly Berwind Property Group, Ltd.), where she focused on the acquisition and management of office and industrial assets. Before that, she began her career at Real Estate Research Corporation as a Research Analyst, where she conducted property valuations, market analyses, and feasibility studies. Kathryn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Miami University, and a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning and Policy from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She was honored with the Developing Leader of the Year Award in 2014 by the San Francisco Bay Area Chapter of NAIOP. Kathryn lives in San Mateo with her husband, three children, and black lab.
