As an accomplished professional with 15+ years of combined Entrepreneurship, Academics, and extensive experience in Forensic Auditing & Litigation Support, she is an expert in Corporate Fraud Investigations, Sexual Harassment Investigations, Interview & Interrogations, and Background checks. She is also a certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), a certified Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection (FAFD) expert from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), trained in the Reid Technique of Interviewing and Interrogation by Reid and Associates, Illinois, Chicago, and has cleared the Limited Insolvency Professional Exam conducted by the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI).

Alka is currently the proprietor at Adatia & Co, a Chartered Accountants firm that offers specialized forensic services to its clients. Combining her deep expertise and experience in the field with a strong academic background, Alka has served as a faculty member for "Certificate Course on Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection" at the ICAI, training over 500+ Chartered Accountants on a pan-India level.

She has conducted training programs for Additional Directors/Assistant Directors of Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO) on "Analysis of Financial Statements" at IICA Manesar, and imparted training in the National Seminar on "Forensic Accounting and Fraud Examination” to over 100+ MBA Finance Professors, PHD Scholars, Forensic Experts, etc. at Osmania University-Hyderabad. Alka has also worked as a visiting faculty at a coaching institute and co-authored accounting and governance-related papers.

Alka holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Mumbai University – HR College and has also studied Professional Certification for Interviewing and Interrogation at John E. Reid and Associates, Chicago, Certificate Course on Forensic Accounting & Fraud Detection at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, CFE, Financial Forensics and Fraud Investigation at Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), Limited Insolvency Examination at Indian Institute of Insolvency Professionals of ICAI, and an Online Executive Certification Course in Sexual Harassment Prevention and Workplace Diversity at West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences.
