Luiz Mattar

Luiz Mattar is the CEO and co-founder of TIVIT, where he spearheaded the transformation of a local company into a prominent multinational leader in Digital Solutions across Latin America. With a hands-on approach, he oversaw the strategic direction and operational execution of the company's growth.

Notable achievements include leading TIVIT's IPO process on B3's New Market in 2009 and securing investments from APAX Partners in 2010, marking a significant milestone in the company's expansion.

Beyond TIVIT, Luiz Mattar holds key leadership positions including Chairman of the Board at Neobpo, a leading Brazilian BPO firm, Board Member at Brasscom, the Brazilian Association of Communication and Information Technology Companies, and Board Member at Paramount, a prominent textile industry leader in Brazil.

Before embarking on his successful business career, Luiz Mattar excelled as a professional tennis player. He attained the top ranking in Brazil and achieved the 29th position globally. His illustrious tennis career includes winning 12 ATP Tour titles, representing Brazil at the Davis Cup for a decade, and competing in the Olympic Games in Seoul and Barcelona.

Luiz Mattar graduated from Mackenzie University with a degree in Civil Engineering in 1985, laying a strong educational foundation that would later complement his diverse professional journey.
