Promoted to Engagement Director of the Capital of Texas Media Foundation during the organizational merger of Glasshouse Policy and the Austin Monitor in June of 2019. Glasshouse Policy

The joint-venture would lead to the merger into the Capital of Texas Media Foundation in June 2019.- Developed issue-based content and programming on affordable housing, CodeNEXT, transportation, city budgets, gerrymandering, and many other topics to drive community awareness on issues.- Managed event logistics, including scheduling, vendor outreach, requesting donations, budget management, and speaker curation.- Project managed outreach campaigns, intern projects, grant applications, app development, and special projects.  - Designed graphics and online collateral for programs, events, and educational campaigns. Supported Austin Monitor customer relations by helping subscribers troubleshoot and update their online subscriptions and donations. - Conducted research and crafted policy briefs for legislative initiatives under the Texas Capitol Project. - Coordinated contractors on communication and engagement projects for public sector clients.Maintained scheduling, deadlines, paperwork, and deliverables for grants and projects. - Managed day-to-day communications, including internal and external correspondence, social media content, subscriber emails, and newsletters.
